Architectural Vision

The architectural vision for 18 Barry Street is grounded in restraint and connected to context. Designed by Woods Bagot, the project takes its cues from the neighbourhood – a quiet canopied street, lined with heritage homes

Rather than a single mass, the architecture is broken into a series of five pavilion-like buildings, each rigorously positioned around the developments central meadow to maximise light, privacy and outlook.

A Sanctuary To Call Home

Inspired by the refined ease of luxury hotels, the lifestyle considerations and amenities at Piccolo House – 18 Barry Street, include concierge services, premium health and wellness facilities with spaces that foster social connection.

Embedded In Nature

Drawing on Kew’s layered character – where structured gardens meet native wildness – Acre has crafted a planting scheme that feels both familiar and fresh.

There’s a deliberate softness to how the buildings meet the ground with generous setbacks and lush landscaping blurring the edge between built form and garden.

A Legacy Of Refinement

Piccolo House has forged a longstanding partnership with Woods Bagot and Hecker Guthrie, brought to life across multiple landmark projects. It’s a collaboration built on the shared pursuit of excellence and a process of steady refinement is met by an efficient flow of ideas. Together, this partnership brings a sense of cohesion and finesse, which is felt in every Piccolo House project.
